Elm Park

Commissioned by Radora Developments, Elm Park consists of 6 eight storey blocks, two of which have been designed for residential use and will contain 332 units and 100 senior citizen apartments. Three blocks will house 33,000 m2 of commercial office space. The final block is to house a hospital, daycare centre, hotel which will include a leisure centre and swimming pool, a restaurant and a state of the art conference centre.
