Plot N14 Olympics

The Athletes Village is a Lendlease Developments Ltd. project for the 2012 Olympic Games. The scheme comprises 201 residential units accommodating 1,500 athletes during the games. This scheme will be re-configured post-2012 (to 'legacy mode') and the Athletes Village will form part of a wider regeneration of the area. The units will be a mix of market, intermediate, and social tenures. Plot N14 consists of four blocks in a U-shape around a central courtyard, ranging from 8 to 11 storeys, with parking for 99 cars, 20 motorbikes, and 201 bicycles. Construction is re-inforced concrete.
